Weekly Exercise

11/12: 2.5 miles (10 min mile pace)
11/13: 25 mins elliptical, with three breaks for squats, lunges, and push ups.
11/14: 25 mins elliptical, with 2 breaks for squats and push ups.
11/15- Rest (shin splints + crazy day at work with kids = need a break)
11/16- 22 min elliptical followed by 10 mins bike, with breaks every 10 minutes for squats and push ups.
11/17: 3 mile run

11/18: Rest
11/19: 20 mins elliptical, 10 mins bike
11/20: 25 min elliptical plus sets of 10 squats, lunges, push ups x2
11/21: 3.5 mile run(outdoors)
11/22: Pre-Thanksgiving meal 20 mins elliptical, squats and push up sets
11/23: Rest
11/24: 2.8 mile run outside
11/25: 25 mins elliptical, 10 mins indoor bike

11/26: First ever spin class! 45 mins at gym
11/27: 1.8  mile run
11/28: 30 minute Tabata class at gym
11/29 Spin class at the gym
11/30: Personal training intro session at gym and 3.5 mile run
12/1: Spin class- 45 mins
12/2: Rest/low key yoga class

12/3: Spin class- 45 mins
12/4: 2.3 mile run (treadmill)
12/5: 15 mins elliptical, 10 mins stairclimber
12/6: 10 elliptical, 15 mins stairclimber
12/7:  5 mile run...has not happened, but writing it here will hopefully make me do it!
12/7: Ended up being a 3.5 mile run.
12/8: 45 min spin class
12/9: 3 mile run...shin splints acted up. Boo!

12/10: Stairclimber and elliptical
12/11: I can't remember...i think stairclimber and elliptical and some strength training
12/12: Tabata class
12/13: Stairclimber and elliptical
12/14: 3.5 mile run
12/15: 45 min spinning class
12/16-12/20: sick, no exercise :(
12/21: low key gym workout (30 mins)

***HOLIDAY VACATION!(with a few NYC runs of 2.5, 4, and 2.5 miles and a few gym visits)***

1/2: Tabata class at gym (30 mins)
1/3: Gym before work (Stairclimber for 25 mins and elliptical for 10 mins)
1/4: 4 mile run
1/5: Elliptical and Stairclimber (35 mins total)
1/6: 2 mile run and 10 minutes elliptical

1/7: Rest day
1/8: Elliptical (30 mins)
1/9: 25 minutes tabata class and 10 minute elliptical
1/10: 25 mins elliptical
1/11: 4.2 mile run! -Bold items are training runs for my 10 miler
1/12: elliptical and stairs
1/13:Rest

1/14: 2 mile run
1/15: ellipitical- 30 mins
1/16: 2 miles(treadmill)run and tabata class
1/17: Elliptical 30 min
1:18: 2 mile run
1/19: zumba class and strength
1/20: spin class

1/21: 2.5 mile run
1/22: Rest day
1/23: 3.2 (supposed to be 4 but was running late for work) mile run
1/24: elliptical 30 min
1/25:5 miles (woop woop!)
1/26: Elliptical 30 mins
1/27: 3 miles and gentle yoga

1/28: Rest
1/29: 4 miles
